LIMITED WARRANTY

Ecotech Water LLC. (“Ecotech”) makes every effort to assure that Ecotech products meet high quality and durability standards and warrants to the original purchaser that the Eco Urinal Cartridge will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the urinal into which it is originally installed.

This warranty does not apply to defects due, directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence, discoloration accidents, repairs, cleaning the urinal or cartridge with chemicals not generally accepted for use in cleaning public restrooms, alterations made to the cartridge outside of Ecotech’s facilities or to lack of maintenance. Because EcoTech cannot control the method of cleaning and what cleaning products are used, discolorization of the top is not covered. Any substance that does not have an “E” rating on the Chemical Resistance Chart placed on the surface of the urinal or poured into the urinal will also void the Warranty.

This warranty does not include reimbursement for any expense for cartridge removal or reinstallation, or other consequential damages arising from any defect. The warranties set out above are the only warranties made by Ecotech and are expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for any additional or other particular purposes. Ecotech’s sole obligation with respect to this warranty shall be to replace the defective Eco Cartridge.

Prior to replacement of any Eco Cartridge purchaser must notify Ecotech Water LLC., in writing, of the defect (with an explanation of the defect), the date of purchase and the name of the original purchaser. If the written explanation clearly indicates a defect Ecotech will send a replacement cartridge without charge. When the replacement cartridge is receive purchaser shall clean and send the “defective” cartridge to Ecotech Water LLC. Upon receipt of the cartridge Ecotech will examine the cartridge to verify the information received in the written explanation. If the cartridge to be returned is not received by Ecotech within 10 days of the delivery date of the replacement cartridge, or if it is determined within 10 days after the receipt of the returned cartridge by Ecotech that the returned cartridge’s defect is not covered by warranty, the customer agrees to reimburse Ecotech an amount equal to the current published price for the Eco Cartridge plus any shipping cost, applicable tax and service charge for time and expense in processing an invalid warranty claim. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary state to state.
